Merchants can avoid a pending chargeback by refunding the transaction in their internal systems and notifying the issuer through the ResolveLab platform.
You can sign up for ResolveLab even if you are receiving alerts through a different provider. We will handle the transfer process for you.
Merchants gain access to pre-chargeback notifications at highly discounted rates because our platform is self-service. They can upgrade their service level at any time and downgrade every 90 days. Merchants are responsible for a 12-month commitment but can downgrade their account level and pause service at any time.
ResolveLab delivers great value by being a fully self-service platform. Users are charged a platform fee which includes a set number of dispute notifications (prevented chargebacks) at steeply discounted rates. If a merchant receives more dispute inquiries in a month than their plan allows, those additional inquiries will be billed at the retail rate charged by most other providers.
