What is ResolveLab?

ResolveLab is a self-service dispute resolution platform that allows merchants to receive pre-chargeback notifications. They can resolve the pending payment disputes before they become chargebacks.

How do I resolve disputes using ResolveLab?

Merchants can avoid a pending chargeback by refunding the transaction in their internal systems and notifying the issuer through the ResolveLab platform.

How long do I have to resolve a dispute?

Depending on the network, merchants will have between 24-72 hours to resolve pending disputes. The time remaining is clearly indicated on the notifications page.

How wide is ResolveLab’s coverage network?

ResolveLab includes pre-chargeback notifications from Ethoca Alerts and Verifi CDRN, giving you coverage from a large number of issuers from around the world. Inquiries from either network can be accessed through a single, easy-to-use interface.

Who can benefit from using ResolveLab?

Any merchant who wants to reduce the number of chargebacks they receive will benefit from ResolveLab. Simple point-and-click operation means pending cases can be resolved without any technical knowledge.

Does ResolveLab work globally?

Yes. ResolveLab works with issuers from around the world, with the greatest coverage areas being in North America and Europe.

What if I already use another service?

You can sign up for ResolveLab even if you are receiving Ethoca Alerts or Verifi CDRN through a different provider. We will handle the transfer process for you. /p>

Is it easy to cancel the ResolveLab service?

Merchants gain access to pre-chargeback notifications at highly discounted rates because our platform is self-service. They can upgrade their service level at any time and downgrade every 90 days. Merchants are responsible for a 12-month commitment but can downgrade their account level and pause service at any time.

Will the ResolveLab work with my Gateway/CRM?

ResolveLab will work with any Gateway or CRM, and direct integrations will be added in the near future for some of the most common tools.

Does ResolveLab offer reporting and analytics?

ResolveLab portal provides detailed reporting and analytics to help merchants track success and identify issues early.

How easy is ResolveLab to use?

ResolveLab was designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. Resolving an inquiry takes just a few simple clicks. It is easy to use and easy to train staff to resolve pending disputes.

How do I process refunds?

You will need to initiate a refund in your own CRM or billing system, just as you would with any other refund. Then, simply mark the pending dispute inquiry as refunded in the ResolveLab portal.

What if I close a notification but change my mind?

ResolveLab gives the ability to issue a refund right up until the refund time frame ends. Pending dispute notifications will remain editable even if you have previously marked them closed.

How secure is ResolveLab?

ResolveLab is entirely PCI-DSS Level 1-compliant, the highest and the most secure compliance level with PCI.

What happens if I go over my dispute notification limit?

ResolveLab delivers great value by being a fully self-service platform. Users are charged a platform fee which includes a set number of dispute notifications (prevented chargebacks) at steeply discounted rates. If a merchant receives more dispute inquiries in a month than their plan allows, those additional inquiries will be billed at the retail rate charged by most other providers.
